The 22nd Annual AFQAM Training Conference will be held in Dallas, TX on October 17-20, 2023. Information on conferences beyond 2023 can be found on the Training Opportunities page. Conference details and registration are posted in the late spring of each year.

10/7 – 10/8 @ $159/night for king std.
10/9 – 10/13 @ $109/night for king std.; $129/night for 2 queen std.
10/14 – 10/16 @$159/night for king std.
RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY 9/7/2022 TO OBTAIN GROUP RATE!!!
Please add $10 for each additional adult over two, plus $20 for suites with 2 queen beds. The hotel occupancy tax rate is currently 14% plus $3.58 per suite per night. A $24 per night per suite resort fee will apply.
Transportation:
Fly into Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO).
The airport does list a wide variety of ground transportation options. According to the hotel concierge, Uber/Lift could be around $30-40/trip and Taxi/Cab could be around $50/trip. Check out their website for more details, schedule, cost, and booking information.
You can also consider the South Tahoe Airporter, which takes you from the airport to South Lake Tahoe hotels, including ours.
For vehicle rentals from RNO, there’s Alamo, AVIS, Budget, dollar, enterprise, Hertz, National, Payless, and Thrifty.
