Full and Affiliate Membership Dues

This payment option is available for both full and affiliate memberships.  Do not submit payment until you receive an invoice from the AFQAM Treasurer.  Dues must be paid by April 1 to avoid a late fee assessment.

Full and Affiliate Memberships Late Fee Payment

This payment option is available for payments being submitted after April 1.  Do not use this option until; you receive an invoice from the AFQAM Treasurer.

AFQAM Dues - One Year (late payment)........$75.00
