AFQAM MEMBERSHIP
Who Can Join AFQAM?
AFQAM membership shall be open to those persons of professional competence, integrity and good moral character:
A. Who are actively engaged in the field of forensic quality assurance management, OR
B. Who perform system or laboratory wide quality assurance duties on a regular basis, OR
C. Who have advanced the profession of forensic quality assurance management in a significant manner
How Much Does It Cost?
The dues are $50 per year.
Why Should I join?
The annual meetings, discussion list, and membership directory, as well as QA tools developed by AFQAM will only be available to members in good standing.
NOTE: Application and recommendation form(s) are due to the Membership Committee no later than 60 days prior to AFQAM's annual meeting. Once your application has been approved at the annual meeting, you will be sent an invoice by the Treasurer for the dues.Lise Swacha, QA/QC Criminalist II
